You may well have seen the brightly coloured lockers at the toy library, these are our new click and collect storage. Thanks to a recent federal grant, Stronger Communities round 6. Click and collect will operate outside of our open times, enabling Kingston Toy Library to expand our library service. If you are a new member, we ask that you first visit the library in person to confirm membership and pay before using click and collect.
We have two click and collect windows:
Weekend, Saturday afternoon to Monday morning.
Weekday, Monday evening to Thursday evening. Giving you the flexibility to come any time during these windows to collect your order of toys.
Points to remember:
Only return toys if they fit in the locker. If they don't fit they must be returned when we are open.
When collecting your order, you can come any time during the window.
If you wish to cancel the order, please email ktl.
Members must press the confirm button by the cut off time listed for the order to be filled.
To collect toys mid week the order must be confirmed on Setls by Monday 2 pm.
To collect toys on the weekend the order must be confirmed on Setls by Saturday 10 am.
Members will receive an email with the locker combination and location to collect their order.
Please count toys when you get home and email immediately if there are any discrepancies. Your toys will appear loaned to you when the library is next open.
